Community Room

SouthEast Bank & Trust welcomes the use of the Community Room by SEBT customers and non-customers. Usage of the community room by a group does not constitute an endorsement of the group’s policies or beliefs by the Bank or Staff. Bank meetings and programs have preference over all other type of gatherings.

General Statement

The SEBT Community Rooms may be used between the hours of 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM only and may only be reserved by patrons 18 years of age or older and with bank approval.

HOURS AND FEES

The following fee structure applies to the use of the community room:

A refundable deposit of $250 is required at time of reservations. The $250 deposit is refunded at time of key return if room is cleaned and left in good order.
A $250 usage fee is due at key pickup time.

The fee for the use of the room does not include set up.

Facility

The SEBT Community Room has a seating capacity of 100. The Community Room has a full kitchen with three sinks, two refrigerators, two ovens and an ice machine. The community room has 8-60” round tables and 12-8’ tables and 125 chairs available for use.

NOTICE OF CHANGES IN TEMPORARY FDIC INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS: All funds in a “noninterest-bearing transaction account” are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31, 2010, through December 31, 2012. This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to depositors under the FDIC’s general deposit rules.

The term “noninterest-bearing transaction account” includes a traditional checking account or demand deposit account on which the insured depository institution pays no interest. It also includes interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts ("IOLTAs"). It does not include other accounts, such as traditional checking or demand deposit accounts that may earn interest, NOW accounts, money-market deposit accounts.
